The Edifier R2750DB Active 2.0 Bluetooth Bookshelf Speaker Set - Black is designed for listeners who want powerful stereo sound, flexible connectivity and a more advanced bookshelf speaker setup for home entertainment. With its 3-way driver design, strong output and broad input support, this active speaker system is ideal for music, TV sound, gaming and larger room listening. Delivering 136W total power output, the Edifier R2750DB produces deep bass, detailed midrange and crisp high frequencies. Each speaker is built with a 6.5-inch bass driver, 4-inch mid-range driver and 19mm tweeter, giving the system a fuller, more dynamic sound than standard 2-way bookshelf speakers. This makes it well suited to users who want greater scale, clarity and low-end impact from a standalone stereo system. The speaker system uses a Class D amplifier with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and electronic crossover technology to help optimise driver performance across the frequency range. Audio processing from Texas Instruments supports speaker compensation and dynamic range control, helping the amplifier and drivers work together more effectively for a cleaner and more controlled sound. For connectivity, the R2750DB supports Bluetooth 4.1, line in, optical and coaxial inputs, making it easy to connect TVs, computers, media players, consoles, smartphones and tablets. A built-in sub-out connection also allows you to add an independent subwoofer for even greater bass performance. The front-mounted bass reflex port is carefully tuned to extend low-frequency response while reducing unwanted air turbulence. Combined with the MDF wooden cabinet construction, this helps minimise acoustic resonance and maintain cleaner sound even at higher volumes. The speakers are linked using a 5-pin bi-amplifying XLR-type speaker cable with angled connectors, supporting the system’s high-performance design. With its black finish, powerful 3-way speaker architecture and wide connectivity, the Edifier R2750DB is a strong option for users looking for active bookshelf speakers with more authority and scale.
